Created operating budgets, staffing plans, expense plans.

Setup the Rental Management office and hired the Director. Established the operating procedures.

Completed the study for the owner of a near expired Clarion Hotel, converted to a Doubletree.

Created proformas for the owner and setup the relationship with Doubletree and the hotel owner.

Delivered Space Plans / Programming to assure the hotel and meeting space was sized correctly and all ancillary spaces were identified and located in the proper area.

Created operating budgets and staffing plans for the property.
