In my career, I quickly learned that success is built on bringing the right people together and of course, working for the right companies. I have been fortunate throughout my career to work with incredible people and to live in beautiful areas. Working for resort owners that are willing to invest in projects that create new experiences for guests and create additional asset value is what has driven me throughout my career. Creating a culture throughout the team to “Think Like Owners” has been a key driver in our success over the years. I believe in hiring the best and letting them create positive change. The true test of any team is to deliver results consistently over time. Coaching team members to think differently, be creative and define the benefit both in terms of service and economics is where I spend most of my time and it pays off consistently.
